    In addition to the mat, I would look at as many workout videos as you can until you find one that suits your needs. I'm not a gym person!

    you dont need equipment you just need to do something like crunches for the belly and push-ups for the arms and leg lifts for that you know legs. its ok to have equipment for exercises but i'm just saying. i dont have any equipment i just do the exercises that i listed and i lost 43 pounds

    Take a brisk walk...get 2 sweating raise U'r heartrate for 1/2 an hour is so atleast 3 days a week. If U could do better, then go for it.
