    I plan to stop smoking. My goal is to cut back to half a pack per day gradually, then switch to an e-cigarette and stop smoking traditional cigarettes completely. I plan to wean down from the e-cigarette and be nicotine free by June 1st.

    Daily deep-breathing exercises/meditation to curb anxiety
    As I continue my job-search, work part-time, and raise my toddler daughter, the stress of juggling everything often gets the better of me. I feel I need to remember to stop, breathe deeply and take some time for myself every day to try and relax more. Being on edge all the time isn't helping me or my family. My goal is to spend at least 20 minutes a day focusing on freeing my tension so I can be a better wife/mother/daughter/friend/etc. and also become more productive.
