    I want to be in the best physical shape for my person. I want to run, off the path, in a random direction, lose track of time and get lost. I want to get dirty, become one with the world from which I was born and to whom I will return my soul. Use my legs to run, sprint, jog, jump. Use my arms to lift, push, pull, grab. use my back and chest to support the world. Use my wits to outsmart roadblocks.
