Question

So far, I have a dumbbell and stretchy band as my equipments for exercise. What else do you recommend for a simple, basic home exercise?

  • TRX straps. Expensive but it will be all you need.

  • Take a brisk walk...get 2 sweating raise U'r heartrate for 1/2 an hour is so atleast 3 days a week. If U could do better, then go for it.

  • you dont need equipment you just need to do something like crunches for the belly and push-ups for the arms and leg lifts for that you know legs. its ok to have equipment for exercises but i'm just saying. i dont have any equipment i just do the exercises that i listed and i lost 43 pounds

  • Knee raises and tighter shoulders, learn to feel their assistance and vice versa knees assisting shoulders, breathe in, and out, vice versa also...

  • Definitely pick up a blow-up exercise ball, they're phenomenal for a whole bunch of core exercises.

  • In addition to the mat, I would look at as many workout videos as you can until you find one that suits your needs. I'm not a gym person!

  • I couldn't live without my exercise mat, as I have hardwood floors. I think your off to a great start though!
